To ensure your needs are correctly and efficiently met, you will be asked to provide your original order information which can be found on the packing list, installation parts list, or troubleshooting tips that shipped with your blind or shade. If you no longer have these documents, the information can be found on a white identification label located on the top of your blind or shade. This label can be found by removing your blind or shade from the installation brackets.
